Payment & Due Dates
Tax is generally payable annually or in instalments. Please pay within the printed due date to avoid surcharge or interest.
Name / Ownership Change
After sale or inheritance, apply for mutation with supporting documents so that the tax register shows the present owner.
Revised Construction / Demolition
Major additions, alterations or demolition of a building should be reported for revised assessment from the applicable date.
